Detoxweek with Aiya Matcha-tea

Was ist eigentlich Matcha-Tee?

- „Innere Kosmetik“: „Anti-Aging-“Effekt
- man verbennt schneller Kalorien

 Was ihr dazu braucht:
Aiya- Matcha-Tee
Bambuslöffel (Chashaku)
Matcha-Besen
Matcha-Schale oder Teetasse

Zubereitung:

After some exciting trips this summer and some busy days, I feel like I need a quick detox to jumpstart my metabolism. When doing a cleanse, it is essential to select one that fits your body’s schedule & needs. I picked Matcha tea by Aiya to rid my system of toxins because it fit perfectly with my work schedule. The cleanse consists of seven days with different matcha-smoothies, vegetarian food with lots of fresh vegetables (I won´t eat meat this week), lots of water, & a few matcha teas . E-mail me for extra special details on this cleanse: melinaaltmail@gmail.com

But what is Matcha tea? Matcha, a type of green tea made by whisking finely powdered whole tea leaves, is taking over cafes all over the world, and more thanks in part to its high antioxidant content and roots in Far East rituals. There aren’t many natural drinks out there that can pack a punch quite like matcha tea does. If you’re into antioxidants, this tea is for you! But antioxidants aren’t the only thing matcha has going for it:

- Matcha boosts the metabolism
-reduces stress with a compound called l-theanine
- supports healthy immune function
- is packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg
- Boosts metabolism and burns calories
- Detoxifies effectively and naturally
- Calms the mind and relaxes the body
- Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
- Enhances mood and aids in concentration
- Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium
- Prevents disease
-Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar

All you need is:
Aiya - Matcha tea
Bamboo Scoop (Chashaku)
Bamboo Whisk
Matcha Bowl or a Teacup

Directions:
Using the bamboo tea scoop, measure out 1 ½ tea scoops (or 1 perfect tea spoon) of matcha into the matcha bowl. Add water and using the bamboo whisk, whisk rapidly until tea is dissolved and liquid is topped with a light colored foam. Zig zag patterns and concentrating the whisk on the center of the bowl works best! Drink immediately, before powder has time to settle. It is normal for some powder to remain at the bottom of the cup.

And if you’re on the hunt for a substitute to coffee, a matcha-latte may be right up your alley :-)

I will follow this routine for 7 days and see the benefits, so stay tuned :-)
