Guten Morgen! Es ist noch sehr früh hier in Puerto Rico und ich bin extra aufgestanden um den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen. Die frühen Morgenstunden hier in Puerto sind wunderschön, wenn die Sonne noch nicht zu sehen ist, aber es schon sehr warm ist. Ich teile heute mit euch eins meiner liebsten Kuschelloutfits von Calvin Klein via Zalando. "Die hat ja nichts an", denkt ihr. Jap, stimmt auch. Bei der Hitze braucht es nicht viel um angezogen zu sein:-). Das Zitat oben ist von J.Lo. Eine heißgeliebte Sängerin von mir, ich konnte ihr ganzes Album "On the 6" 1999 auswendig und habe mit meinem schlechten Gesang jeden Song mitgesungen! Auch heute noch, ist man vor meinem Gesang, wenn J LO läuft, nicht sicher.Das Zitat erinnert daran, wie wichtig es ist sich selbst zu lieben oder sich zumindest wertzuschätzen. Heutzutage vergleicht sich doch Jeder mit Jedem. Wer ist schlanker, schöner, reicher, klüger, erfolgreicher. Manchmal sind wir selbst unser größter Kritiker und sehen an uns Makel, wo keine sind. Sich auf den "perfekten" Körper zu fixieren ist quatsch, wichtig ist doch die eigene Schönheit zu sehen. Wenn ihr glücksich seid und das auch ausstrahlt, sieht man das. Und das ist wirklich sexy.

Hey guys! I love the early mornings here in Puerto Rico. The sun is still behind the morning fog but it´s alread hot in the air. Today I share one of my favorite sleeping combos from Calvin Klein via Zalando with you. I love this quote from J.Lo above. It's a good reminder about the importance of treating ourselves with nothing but love. In such a competitive world, sometimes we tend to be our toughest critics, we focus on our "flaws" instead of embracing our qualities and be proud of them. Sometimes we can get caught up in the idea of the "perfect" woman and we forget how beautiful we truly are. If you are a happy person who feels confident about yourself, that can definitely be reflected on the outside. And that´s really sexy.
